Antitrust / Competition software built around the dates, records and paperwork of the work
Competition law is analysed in numbers and dates: market concentration, a merger waiting period, an overcharge. The workspace calculates the first, counts the second and records the third.
Dates it keeps for you
Each of these is counted from a date your team types, placed in the matter calendar, and confirmed by the responsible attorney.
Merger waiting periods
The filing starts the waiting period; extensions are recorded.
Claim limitation
The limitation period for a private claim is counted from the injury and any tolling event recorded, for the attorney to confirm.
Leniency markers
A marker requested or granted, the date and the conditions of cooperation, tracked with the investigation timeline.
Compulsory process
A subpoena or civil investigative demand, its return date, the scope negotiated and the documents produced.
What the matter holds
Typed records, not a narrative note: each fact is entered once and every calculation, form and document reads from it.
Filings and fees
A pre-merger filing, the filing fee applicable and the date it was made, linked to the transaction it covers.
Markets and concentration
The relevant market defined, the participants and their shares, with the concentration measures calculated from them.
Competitor contacts
Each contact with a competitor, who attended, the subject and the purpose, for the compliance record.
Claims and overcharge
A claim, the purchases affected and the overcharge calculated, with the method and inputs stored for the expert.
Remedies and decrees
A consent decree or remedy, its terms, the monitor and the dates on which compliance is reported.
Prepared for you
Forms are the agency’s own PDF, filled from the record. Documents are prepared from the same rows for the attorney to edit.
The workspace, step by step
The order a matter moves through the antitrust / competition workspace.
- Transaction
- Market
- Filing
- Process
- Claims
- Remedies
What it does not do
- Market definition is expert and attorney work; the platform calculates from the shares entered.
How the legal content here is checked
This page describes the software; no attorney is named as its reviewer, so none is shown. Behind the antitrust / competition workspace, each deadline rule, limitation period and legal figure is stored with its citation and is recorded as verified only once a named attorney has confirmed it, with that attorney's name and the date; showing that record beside every rule on screen is still in progress. The coverage page counts how many are verified, by practice area and state.
What you can hold us to
Law Hired is practice software, not a law firm or legal-advice service
Every date and figure is counted from what the firm enters and verified by the responsible attorney
Law that changes is reference data with its citation, checked by an attorney before it is relied on
Availability is described separately from production verification
Questions firms ask
Does it calculate HHI?
Yes. Shares entered for the market are combined into the concentration index, and the result is stored with its inputs.
Does it track the waiting period?
Yes. The waiting period starts on the filing date entered, and the date it expires is calendared for the attorney.
Does it log competitor contacts?
Yes. Each contact is logged with the people, the subject and the outcome, for the firm’s compliance programme.
Does Law Hired give antitrust / competition legal advice?
No. Law Hired is practice software. It records, calculates and prepares from what the firm enters, and the responsible attorney verifies every date, figure and document before anyone relies on it.
