Law Hired

Switch with evidence

Legal software data migration without the “upload and hope” step

Switching systems is an operational project, not a logo on an integrations page. Law Hired exposes the migration scope before the move and produces a validation result afterward.

How it works

01

Scope before moving

Connect the source or upload CSV files, select record types, and review counts before an import starts.

02

Map and preview

Normalize contacts, matters, tasks, calendars, billing records, notes, and supported documents into the Law Hired model.

03

Import with visibility

Track progress by record type and stop a migration when the source data needs correction.

04

Validate the result

Review imported, skipped, and attention-needed records before the firm treats the move as complete.

Questions firms ask

Can Law Hired migrate data from your current platform?

Law Hired includes a dedicated your current platform migration path. Exact coverage depends on the source account, enabled APIs, record quality, and document volume, so every production move begins with discovery and a written scope.

Will Law Hired keep syncing with your current platform?

No. The your current platform connector is for a controlled one-time migration, not an ongoing two-way synchronization.

Is migration self-service?

The product includes a guided migration workflow. Law Hired recommends supervised onboarding for production firm data, especially when trust, billing, or large document libraries are involved.
